Put simply, we could not have made our move from New Hampshire without Karyn’s amazing above and beyond the call of duty commitment to our quest. She handled every aspect of our purchase of a condo from a distance, using numerous phone and video calls over the course of months. First Karyn identified a builder in the location we had decided upon. She conducted the selection of all materials and model layout via video with us, along with the builder and designer. We were thrilled. Unfortunately, due to the covid outbreak, the builder dropped out and was unable to build our condo. Karyn broke the news to us with great compassion and professionalism, convincing us that we could find an existing condo that would perfectly fit our needs and wants while sticking with our original timeline for moving. Given the great connection Karyn had already estabished with us, we did not hesitate at all to move forward, despite our great disappointment in losing our new build condo. Within days, Karyn presented us with multiple options in the area we desired. She once again went out of her way to videotape the neighborhood and the specific condo we chose, both inside and out. She proved that she knew our tastes well and we made the decision, with her guidance, to make an offer which was ultimately successful. Karyn along with an instate relative handled the closing with no problem and we made the move to New Hampshire, naturally being welcomed by Karyn in person. Throughout the entire process Karyn treated us like an old friend or family member. Our connection continues to this day and if we ever decide to move we will hope to be able to once again use Karyn as our agent. Her knowledge of real estate in Michigan is amazing.
